MindFlipOut

MindFlipOut is a local journaling and thought-response app. All written thoughts, rewrites, and reflections remain stored only on your device.

If Manual Shout or Auto Shout features are enabled and MindShoutOut is installed, the text of a thought response may be shared locally with MindShoutOut. This sharing occurs only on your device and never leaves it.

MindShoutOut

MindShoutOut stores reminder text, scheduled times, optional speech settings, and audio recordings locally on your device. Notifications are generated using iOS local notification services only.

If Manual Zone or Auto Zone features are enabled and MindZoneOut is installed, the text of a reminder related to a thought may be shared locally with MindZoneOut for on-device display.

If you configure the optional “When Tapped” action, tapping a notification may open MindEntry or MindZoneOut. This behavior occurs entirely on-device.

MindZoneOut

MindZoneOut is a local stillness and reflection app. Incoming messages, short reflections, and session-related content are processed and displayed entirely on your device.

If Manual Flip or Auto Flip features are used and MindFlipOut is installed, reflection text may be shared locally with MindFlipOut to continue working with the thought. No data is transmitted outside your device.

MindBackyard

MindBackyard is a local digital fidget environment designed to gently occupy restless attention. All environments, favorites, settings, and optional preferences are stored entirely on your device.

Optional ambient sounds and haptic settings are processed locally and are never transmitted to MINDBEBOP or any third party.

If you use the built-in MindEaseOut release field before entering the Backyard, any text you enter is processed entirely on-device.

MindBackyard does not collect analytics, gameplay data, behavioral data, or any personal information.

MindEaseOut (Time-Based Thought Release function)

All MINDBEBOP apps include a time-based thought release feature that allows a thought to be acknowledged as relating to the past or future.

When used, text entered into this feature:

• Is processed entirely on-device
• Is not stored as a history unless explicitly saved by the user
• Is not transmitted to other apps or external services
• Is not collected by MINDBEBOP

MindBackOut

MindBackOut is a local session-based app that temporarily blocks selected applications using Apple’s Screen Time system. All configuration and session data are stored entirely on your device.

When you select apps to leave outside, this information is stored locally and used only by Apple’s on-device Screen Time framework to apply temporary restrictions. MINDBEBOP does not receive or access this information.

If you enter text in the “Leave at the Door” field and choose to send it to MindShoutOut, the text is transferred locally between apps using on-device iOS mechanisms. This transfer does not use external servers and does not leave your device.

If the optional “Zone Cooldown” feature is enabled, MindBackOut may automatically open MindZoneOut after a session ends. No data is transmitted externally during this process. The interaction occurs entirely on your device.

Presets that store selected apps, duration, and Zone Cooldown settings are stored entirely on your device.

MindBackOut does not collect:

• App usage history
• Screen Time statistics
• Device activity reports
• Blocked app names outside your device
• Any personal or identifying information

MindBackOut uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs (such as FamilyControls and ManagedSettings) solely to apply temporary app restrictions based on your explicit selection. These system frameworks operate entirely on-device, and MINDBEBOP does not access, collect, or receive any usage data from them.

MindEntry

MindEntry is a local routing and recipe app that helps direct thoughts to the appropriate MINDBEBOP tools on your device. Text you enter, recipes you create, saved recipe history, and imported recipe content remain stored entirely on your device.

MindEntry may open other installed MINDBEBOP apps using on-device iOS mechanisms such as custom URL schemes in order to continue a selected recipe step. It may also receive return actions from those apps when a recipe continues. These interactions occur entirely on your device and do not use external servers.

If you import a recipe code, short code, or MINDBEBOP recipe link, the recipe content is processed locally on your device for preview, saving, or execution. MINDBEBOP does not collect, transmit, or store this imported content externally.

If available on your device, MindEntry may use Apple’s on-device language models to help classify text you enter or generate lightweight recipe explanations. This processing occurs entirely on-device and is not transmitted to MINDBEBOP or third parties.

MindEntry may display MindBlank, a passive reflection of how long your mind remained quiet after using MINDBEBOP. This information is calculated entirely on-device and is not transmitted to MINDBEBOP.

MindBlank is not a health score, diagnosis, medical metric, stress score, or emotional analysis.

MindPreCog allows you to schedule morning, bedtime, weekly, and event-based prompts using local notifications. Prompt schedules, associated actions, and related settings are stored entirely on your device.
