MINDBEBOP (“we”, “our”, “the developer”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all MINDBEBOP applications, including MindEntry, MindEntryBiz, MindFlipOut, MindShoutOut, MindZoneOut, MindBackyard, MindBackOut, and any built-in modes or features released under the MINDBEBOP brand, including time-based thought release functionality.
MINDBEBOP is designed primarily around local, on-device processing and storage. We do not automatically collect or upload the thoughts or other content you create in MINDBEBOP. Some optional features, such as Cross-Dimensional Handshake, can transmit limited event information to an external HTTPS destination that you explicitly configure.
We do not automatically collect any of the following data:
MINDBEBOP does not operate a server that automatically receives a copy of the thoughts or other content you create in MINDBEBOP. Core thought-related processing is designed to happen locally on your device.
When available, some features may use Apple-provided on-device language models. This processing occurs on your device. MINDBEBOP does not receive, collect, store, or transmit the text processed through those on-device features.
Depending on the app, you may create text entries, written thoughts, responses, reminders, scheduled notifications, audio recordings, Mental Steps-related content, Mental Navigation state, session-related content, favorites, tags, folders, presets, prompt schedules, event-based actions, Thought Blocks, Thought Space arrangements, connections between Thought Blocks and Mental Steps, and app preferences.
Such content is designed to:
Some MINDBEBOP data may be stored in local storage shared between MINDBEBOP apps using Apple App Groups. Because persistence can depend on iOS, shared App Group storage, backups, installation state, and other device behavior, uninstalling one MINDBEBOP app should not be understood as a guarantee that all locally shared MINDBEBOP data has been deleted.
Some MINDBEBOP apps use local notifications to deliver reminders, prompts, and Mental Steps triggers. Notification content is created and scheduled using on-device iOS notification mechanisms.

MINDBEBOP does not automatically upload your notification content to a MINDBEBOP server.
If an app allows audio recording or playback:
Some MINDBEBOP apps can communicate with each other using on-device iOS mechanisms in order to continue an experience across apps.
This communication between MINDBEBOP apps is not Cross-Dimensional Handshake. It is local inter-app communication within the MINDBEBOP environment.
Local inter-app communication may use Apple-provided technologies such as custom URL schemes, Share Extensions, App Intents, local notifications, shared on-device storage, or similar on-device communication mechanisms. It does not require a MINDBEBOP server.
Depending on the feature you choose to use, local inter-app communication may include:
Some of these local interactions may include text or other content needed to perform the action you requested. That content remains within the on-device MINDBEBOP environment and is not Cross-Dimensional Handshake data.
Cross-Dimensional Handshake is different. It is an optional outbound interface between MINDBEBOP and an external HTTPS destination that you configure.
Cross-Dimensional Handshake transmits events, not thoughts.
Cross-Dimensional Handshake does not transmit user-created text. This includes thought text, Thought Block text, Mental Steps names or instructions, Mental Destinations, Current Positions, Next Moves, reminders, reflections, responses, and other text you create in MINDBEBOP.
Depending on the supported event, a Cross-Dimensional Handshake may include limited technical metadata such as:
These identifiers are used to identify technical events or sessions. They do not contain the name, instructions, or text of your Mental Steps.
Cross-Dimensional Handshake is optional. External event transmission requires the feature to be enabled and an HTTPS destination to be configured.
Once event information is sent to an external destination you configure, that destination's storage, processing, security, and privacy practices apply to the information it receives.
Some versions of MINDBEBOP may support optional external integrations, including outbound Cross-Dimensional Handshake events or incoming interfaces such as MindEvent.
These integrations are optional and operate only when you choose to configure or use them.
Outbound Cross-Dimensional Handshake events contain limited event metadata and do not contain user-created text. MINDBEBOP does not automatically transmit your thoughts through Cross-Dimensional Handshake.
Incoming MindEvent or similar interfaces are separate from outbound Cross-Dimensional Handshake. They may allow an external action to initiate or open a supported experience in MINDBEBOP.
MINDBEBOP does not automatically upload your thoughts to external services. When you configure an external destination, the event metadata sent to that destination is subject to the privacy practices of the destination you choose.
MINDBEBOP apps do not use:
Optional external integrations that you explicitly configure are not advertising or behavioral tracking services operated by MINDBEBOP. Information sent to a destination you choose is subject to that destination's own privacy practices.
MINDBEBOP is designed to minimize unnecessary transmission of thought-related content by keeping core content and processing on your device where practical. Local data is protected by the security mechanisms provided by iOS and your device.
When you enable Cross-Dimensional Handshake, supported event metadata is transmitted over HTTPS to the destination you configure. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
As MINDBEBOP evolves, additional on-device integrations, inter-app communication mechanisms, or optional external event integrations may be introduced while continuing to follow the privacy principles described in this Privacy Policy.
MindFlipOut is a local thought-response app that allows you to write a thought and look at it from another perspective. Written thoughts, rewrites, and reflections are stored locally on your device.
If Manual Shout or Auto Shout features are enabled and MindShoutOut is installed, the text of a thought response may be shared locally with MindShoutOut. This is on-device inter-app communication and is not an outbound Cross-Dimensional Handshake.
MindShoutOut stores reminder text, scheduled times, optional speech settings, and audio recordings locally on your device. Notifications are generated using iOS local notification services.
If Manual Zone or Auto Zone features are enabled and MindZoneOut is installed, the text of a reminder related to a thought may be shared locally with MindZoneOut for on-device display.
If you configure the optional “When Tapped” action, tapping a notification may open MindEntry or MindZoneOut. This behavior uses on-device inter-app communication and is not Cross-Dimensional Handshake.
MindZoneOut is a local stillness and reflection app. Incoming messages, short reflections, and session-related content are processed and displayed locally on your device.
If Manual Flip or Auto Flip features are used and MindFlipOut is installed, reflection text may be shared locally with MindFlipOut to continue working with the thought. This local transfer is not Cross-Dimensional Handshake.
MindBackyard is a local environment that gives attention room to move through experiences including Infinite Hallway and Thought Space. Environment settings, favorites, and optional preferences are stored locally on your device.
Thought Space supports Spatial Mental Shelving, allowing selected thoughts to exist as persistent Thought Blocks in a spatial environment. Thought Block text, position, orientation, scale, other spatial settings, and connections between Thought Blocks and Mental Steps are stored locally for the operation of Thought Space.
Creating, moving, rotating, resizing, or connecting a Thought Block with Mental Steps does not automatically transmit its text outside your device. Thought Block text is never included in an outbound Cross-Dimensional Handshake.
Optional ambient sounds and haptic settings are processed locally and are not included in Cross-Dimensional Handshake events.
If you use the built-in MindEaseOut release field before entering the Backyard, any text you enter is processed locally on-device.
MindBackyard does not use your Thought Space or Backyard content for advertising or behavioral tracking.
MINDBEBOP may provide time-based thought release functionality that allows you to interact with a thought in relation to time without requiring it to become an ongoing task.
When text is entered into this feature:
MindBackOut is a local session-based app that can temporarily block selected applications using Apple's Screen Time system. Configuration and session state are maintained locally on your device.
When you select apps to block, the selection is used through Apple's on-device Screen Time frameworks to apply the requested restrictions. MINDBEBOP does not operate a server that receives your selected-app list.
If you enter text in the “Leave at the Door” field and choose to send it to MindShoutOut, the text is transferred locally between apps using on-device iOS mechanisms. This local transfer is not Cross-Dimensional Handshake.
If the optional “Zone Cooldown” feature is enabled, MindBackOut may open MindZoneOut after a session ends. This is an on-device app-to-app interaction.
Presets that store selected apps, duration, and Zone Cooldown settings are stored locally on your device.
When Mental Steps App Blocking is used, MindBackOut may temporarily apply or remove selected app restrictions while Mental Steps continues in MindEntry. Information needed to coordinate this behavior is communicated locally between MINDBEBOP apps.
If you enable Cross-Dimensional Handshake, supported Mental Steps App Blocking events may send limited event metadata to the external HTTPS destination you configure. The event does not contain your Mental Destination, Mental Steps name or instructions, selected app names, or other user-created text.
MindBackOut does not collect:
MindBackOut uses Apple's Screen Time APIs (such as FamilyControls and ManagedSettings) to apply app restrictions based on your explicit selection or a supported Mental Steps App Blocking action.
MindEntry is a local Mental Steps and Mental Navigation app that helps you move from your Current Position toward a Mental Destination through steps you choose to follow. Text you enter, Mental Steps you create, saved Mental Steps, Mental Navigation state, and imported Mental Steps content are stored locally on your device.
MindEntry may open other installed MINDBEBOP apps using on-device iOS mechanisms such as custom URL schemes in order to continue a selected Mental Step. It may also receive return actions from those apps when Mental Steps continues. These interactions are local inter-app communication and are not Cross-Dimensional Handshake.
MindEntry may communicate locally with MindBackOut, MindBackyard, MindFlipOut, MindShoutOut, MindZoneOut, or other supported MINDBEBOP apps to continue Mental Steps, Mental Navigation, Thought Block connections, Mental Steps App Blocking, and other supported workflows.
If you import a Mental Steps code, short code, or MINDBEBOP Mental Steps link, the Mental Steps content is processed locally on your device for preview, saving, or execution. MINDBEBOP does not automatically upload the imported Mental Steps content to a MINDBEBOP server.
If available on your device, MindEntry may use Apple's on-device language models to help classify text you enter or generate lightweight Mental Steps explanations. This processing occurs on-device and is not transmitted to MINDBEBOP.
MindEntry may display MindBlank, a passive reflection of time spent away from active MINDBEBOP interaction in supported situations. MindBlank timing and duration are calculated locally.
If you enable Cross-Dimensional Handshake, a supported MindBlank end event may transmit limited event metadata, such as the event, end time, and duration where applicable, to the external HTTPS destination you configure. It does not transmit the thought or other user-created text associated with what you were doing before MindBlank.
MindBlank is not a health score, diagnosis, medical metric, stress score, or emotional analysis.
MindPreCog allows you to schedule morning, bedtime, weekly, and event-based prompts using local notifications. Prompt schedules, associated actions, and related settings are stored locally on your device.
If you enable Cross-Dimensional Handshake, supported Mental Steps lifecycle events may send limited technical metadata to the external HTTPS destination you configure. This may include an event identifier, timestamp, opaque Mental Steps identifier, opaque session identifier, or duration where applicable.
Cross-Dimensional Handshake does not transmit the Mental Steps name, instructions, Mental Destination, Current Position, Next Move, Thought Block text, or other user-created text.
