MindZoneOut
App size: ~1.9 MB
Available on the App Store — free
MindZoneOut is an early-phase settling tool.
It provides a blank visual field for containment without guidance or metrics.
Version 1.6 adds support for MindShoutOut’s “When Tapped” action, improves Recipe flow, removes Recipe guide sheets, and adds support for six additional languages.
What It Is
An empty wall environment.
Optional Whisper and Reflection features allow thoughts to appear and be observed without escalation.
Common Uses
- Start a Zone session to view a blank wall.
- Use Zone Cooldown with MindBackOut so that exiting Backroom automatically opens a Zone session.
- Allow interactive MindTouch prompts to appear intermittently.
- Allow saved Whispers to surface randomly on the wall.
- Select a Whisper and observe it fading in and out repeatedly on the wall, with an Exit button available in Focused Whisper (MindTouch-style) sessions.
- Select a Whisper and let it appear as a MindTouch-style prompt on the wall.
- Flip a Whisper to Reflection to write a structured response.
- Send a reflection to MindFlipOut if it still feels heavy.
Used when additional analysis increases friction.
MindShoutOut Integration
MindZoneOut can now open directly when a MindShoutOut notification is tapped.
This allows a returning thought to move immediately into a quiet visual reset space.
Available through MindShoutOut’s optional “When Tapped” setting.
