MINDBEBOP defines the first modular system for regulating the Mental Background layer.

The Mental Background is the part of the mind where unfinished thoughts, reminders, roles, and stimulation keep running behind attention. For most people, this layer is unstructured and unmanaged — thoughts overlap, compete, and resurface without resolution. It feels normal. But it creates constant low-level friction.

The Mental Background OS brings structure to that layer — small, focused modules that allow thoughts to land, pause, or complete. When the background is structured, it becomes quieter. Friction drops. Attention moves freely again.
